Beach Yoga

Every Friday at 9am join Ling to refresh and rejuvenate yourself with an energizing Beach Yoga flow appropriate for all levels. Facing the horizon, we will salute the sun and attune ourselves to nature while listening to the calming sounds of the ocean waves. Practicing Yoga in a natural environment is the ultimate way to connect with the Earth and unite body, mind and spirit. Pranayama breathing exercises and short meditation included. Meet at Studio Surya 9:00 am and together we will walk to the beach.
