Every Friday at 9am join Ling for a refreshing and energizing Beach Yoga flow appropriate for all levels. Facing the horizon, we will salute the sun and attune ourselves to nature while listening to the calming sounds of the ocean waves. Practicing Yoga in a natural environment is the ultimate way to connect with the Earth and unite body, mind and spirit. Pranayama breathing exercises and short meditation included. Meet at Studio Surya 9:00 am and together we will walk to the beach.
* Most mornings we see dolphins swimming in the surf. It’s Amazing!
