This Saturday, we will be gathering together to consciously practice with the powerful purpose of change. Join us for an evening of healing music by Sheila Govindarajan, and yoga and mediation led by Kiyomi Takahashi. The Mission of the Tashirat Orphanage is to take in disabled children, children who are too old to be adopted, or siblings who normally are separated from each other or left in overcrowded government orphanages for the rest of their childhood. We hope you can join us for a magical evening of music, yoga, mediation with a purpose of creating positive change in the world….

In this workshop students of all levels are invited to explore a Anusara-InspiredTM yoga practice. We will explore some of the technique and technology that distinguishes Anusara-InspiredTM Yoga from other styles. Come join our own Rachel Jackson as she leads this playful class leading you deeper into your own heart and your own practice.
